What is your favourite fashion item?

There’s never just the one item which is my favourite! Right now, it has to be my One Hundred Stars London map scarf. It is beautifully hand printed and completes any outfit, especially with my other love of the moment, my Kurt Geiger black tote bag.

Who is your top fashion designer?

It has to be Valentino and Elie Saab for their exquisite and delicate fine details. On the other hand, I’m a big fan of Mary Katrantzou and her use of bold and bright print.

What was your biggest fashion fail?

There’s been many and I probably still make them! I would have to say the long, deep purple, puffa jacket I had when I was about eight. I looked like the Michelin man…

What side of fashion do you identify with most; creative, culture or business?

Creative as I love my patterns and little details. However, I have mixed this style with business wear when working on placement.

What does fashion mean to you?

Fashion is definitely a form of art as like a painting hours of work go into designer pieces to achieve a high level of detail. It’s also a way to express or disguise your personality as you can dress for comfort or in a way to boost your confidence.

What is your favourite fashion item?

I think my favourite fashion item would have to scarves. I tend to wear a lot of black and a scarf can add a nice pop of colour or pattern.

Who is your top fashion designer?

Elie Saab. He makes the most beautiful dresses!

What was your biggest fashion fail?

I went through a period when I was in high school of wearing a lot of beige. All beige. Not a good look.

What side of fashion do you identify with most; creative, culture or business?

Business.

What does fashion mean to you?

To me fashion means expressing yourself. One person’s idea of fashion might be totally different than another’s and that’s what I love about fashion; it’s not just one specific thing.

So that is everyone part of this year’s digital fashion show. We hope you’ve enjoyed meeting us and our views on fashion 🙂
